Good info here. My experience with Chubb's handling of Illinois personal injury cases is that they have definitely become more stingy! Just gets these cases filed.

I have always found Chubb pretty reasonable to deal with .

My experience is the same. All insurance companies are awful. But Chubb is decent to deal with.
