Jailed for Refusal to Say the Pledge?

A Mississippi lawyer was jailed for five hours for refusing to recite the Pledge of Allegiance. This is not the first time this lawyer has had a problem over his refusal to say the Pledge of Allegiance. In June, he was asked to leave another courtroom for refusing to recite the Pledge. This judge should be removed immediately. He obviously is not qualified to interpret the laws of this country.

  • This appears to be a major violation of this Attorneys freedom of Speach rights. Is this judge being sanctioned?
